By placing an order through this portal, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all hair systems are custom-made products, manufactured strictly in accordance with the specifications submitted by you at the time of purchase.
You confirm that all measurements, selections, and details provided are accurate and final. You accept full responsibility for any errors, omissions, or incorrect specifications submitted.
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of these products, all sales are final. Under no circumstances will refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations be permitted once an order has been placed and processed.
You further agree that you will not initiate or pursue any payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims with your payment provider in relation to custom orders fulfilled in accordance with your submitted specifications.
Hair systems are inherently delicate and subject to wear and tear, including but not limited to shedding, fading, and material degradation over time. You acknowledge that product longevity varies and is dependent on usage, maintenance, and aftercare. All responsibility for care, maintenance, and lifespan lies solely with the purchaser, and not with Signature Scalp (SSP).
