Supplier Portal Hair System Order Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through this supplier portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Responsibility for Order Details
The purchaser is fully responsible for ensuring that all order details and specifications are accurate and complete at the time of submission. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Hair colour selection using the colour ring
• Density
• Base type and material
• Measurements and sizing
• Hair length
• Curl or wave pattern
• Hair direction
• Any additional manufacturing instructions
If required, clear reference photos should be uploaded to assist the supplier in producing the hair system according to the client’s specifications.
Signature Scalp accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, or incorrect specifications submitted by the purchaser.
2. Measurement & Colour Matching Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for correct measurements, template accuracy, and colour matching.
Variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen display differences, or incorrect colour ring selection. These are considered ordering errors and are not classified as manufacturing defects.
3. Learner & Technician Responsibility
This portal is designed for trained professionals and learners ordering on behalf of their clients.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate knowledge and training to submit accurate specifications. Signature Scalp accepts no liability for mistakes made due to inexperience, incorrect consultation, or incorrect system selection.
4. Independent Supplier Portal
This ordering portal connects the purchaser directly with the manufacturing supplier.
Signature Scalp provides the portal as a facilitating platform only and holds no liability or responsibility whatsoever for:
• manufacturing outcomes
• specification errors
• colour mismatches
• sizing issues
• client dissatisfaction
All manufacturing is completed by the supplier based on the information provided by the purchaser.
5. Manufacturing Warranty
Hair systems are covered by a 28-day manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• incorrect measurements
• colour mismatches
• incorrect specifications submitted during ordering
• damage caused by installation, styling, cutting, colouring, or chemical treatments
• normal wear and tear
• improper client care or maintenance
After the 28-day period, all responsibility for the hair system lies with the purchaser and their client.
6. Supplier Communication
Any concerns, warranty claims, or product enquiries must be directed directly to the supplier using the supplier email address provided within the portal.
Signature Scalp does not manage or resolve supplier disputes, claims, or product issues.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Hair systems are custom manufactured products.
Once payment has been made, the order immediately enters the preparation and production process.
For this reason, all orders are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed.
8. Agreement to Terms
By ticking the confirmation box and placing an order, you confirm that:
• You have reviewed and approved all submitted specifications.
• All measurements, colour choices, and instructions are correct.
• You accept full responsibility for the order placed.
• You understand the 28-day manufacturing warranty policy.
• You acknowledge that Signature Scalp holds no liability for manufacturing outcomes or client results.
• You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
By proceeding, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorise the supplier to begin manufacturing the hair system.
Branding, Licensing & Access Control
1. Mandatory Branding Requirement
Any individual or entity that markets, promotes, distributes, or otherwise represents the SSP system under its own name, brand, or identity must ensure that the name “Signature Scalp” is clearly and prominently incorporated within such branding.
Any use of the SSP system that omits, obscures, or misrepresents the Signature Scalp brand shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
2. Educator Access & Licensing Conditions
Access to the SSP platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence basis.
Educators who wish to provide access to the SSP platform to their learners must obtain prior authorisation from Signature Scalp and agree to any applicable fees.
All fees shall be determined at the sole discretion of Signature Scalp and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
3. Access Credentials & Prohibited Sharing
All access credentials, including usernames and passwords, are strictly confidential and issued for individual authorised use only.
Under no circumstances may access credentials be shared, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party.
4. Breach & Enforcement
Any unauthorised sharing of access credentials, or any breach of the provisions set out in this section, shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
In such circumstances, Signature Scalp reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke access to the SSP platform without notice, liability, or refund, and to take any further action deemed necessary to protect its intellectual property and commercial interests.
